Can people share Circuit Design software they use?
Something that has easily modifiable values and meters. I HAD a great one a number of years ago, however, had since lost it due to computer problems.
I make projects, other than metal detectors, that would make a circuit design software easier to figure out parts required.

I also believe, that as a group, sharing what people use, would be beneficial to others.

Thanks

My old standby is a pen and the back of a napkin but when pressed, I like EZ-Route 2000 best. Not free but reasonable in price. For a free design package, I like Design Spark best.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

You could use Eagle or Kicad.
Eagle eval is free for non-commercial use.
Kicad is free.
