I have owned this Compass coin scanner for many years. Has always been dependable in the past but the last time I turned it on the meter pegged to the right ( battery check ) but would not return to operating mode. I have searched online trying to find help or find someone who can make repairs to this machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a schematic for a compass 77B with automatic tuning. Would this help?

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

Thank You....I do have an electronics background so it might help...problem is without the newer test equipment trouble shooting
digital pcb's becomes a tricky task. I would really appreciate the schematic though. It might help down the road. Right now I just want to get back to THing. The weather is nice again and I,m sitting on the sidelines. Might be time for a new machine...Thanks again for your response.
