, I don't know if you can recall, but i asked a question few days ago about a concern being a novice in electronics, so that I could not be able to build the Surf PI to use for meteorite hunting at the sahara. And many people that i appreciate told me it's easy enough to be built from your kit.
I'm building this pinpointer for fun & to aid it's big brother that i will get the kit from you sooner.
well, for the parts, it is very uncommon here to find anything related to a hobby, and that IC isn't used for repairs or replacements for gadgets available also, the odds are just very limited to find such stuff, and if it exists some where, it does with very few quantities and sold out quickly. I'm was considered lucky to find the HEF40106BP for the same project, and they was the last two on the store!!
I did a little research(according to my humble knowledge) and found that Lm3480 is a very close match, am i right or there are more choices?
