Hey Guys
I have a Whites Prizm II and I was out yesterday and it would not turn off. I removed the batteries and replace them and now it will not turn back on. Any ideas. Need some help here

Hello . Is it still in warranty ? It sounds like a component problem on the main pcb , not the front control panel  . I believe the Whites Prism series have a 2 year warranty - parts and labor .

Chip,

It sounds like a processor locking up. Try putting the batteries in, verifying polarity, and hold the power button on for at least 20 seconds. If that fails, hold down the pinpoint button while you press the power on button.
