Last year while searching a parkway in my neighborhood, I found something I will probably never find again. It was three Wheat Pennies in the same hole. What makes it really unusual is, the dates were 1918, 1919 and 1920. My community was built in 1916. I have never dug three like coins with consecutive year dates. I think I should have played the lottery. The chances of winning were probably better than the odds of finding those coins.
