was this some sort of decoration or jewellery?
i did click the click the links you posted , but it brought up a warning browser message
and the black writing on brown background wasn't easy to read.

Thank you for your reply, strange on some browsers it comes up fine with white background, anyway I have attached the recorded document in pdf form.
We don't really know what purpose the mount was for.
