Jon....you'll find stuff in the yellow pages of the phone book, on e-bay, on craigslist, and in the newspaper classified adds......The penny pincher and thrifty nickel also carry frequent ads for prospecting equipment....or at least they did the last time I looked at an Albuquerque copy 4 years ago.     And a lot of the equipment can be home built.

Thank you all. I was just looking for a general retailer were I could get metal detector's,  panning traps, etc. The basic equipment for prospecting minerals..
Thank you. I'll take a deaper look into my research. I have been having trouble finding things, but I think i'm looking in the wrong places. Thank you again.
