On the back side of Avon , just to the north, is an area called Canadian hole.People like to kite board there.In that area there used to be an Indian village.Pottery shards and arrowheads can be found in the shallow water.I wonder what an appropriately equipped detector could find there? Buried in 350 years of mud.
