Hello I'm new to the site. I'm in Indiana, and do a lot of coin shooting on the weekends.  I have actually never been a member on any forum before period, but due to my love of treasure hunting it only makes sense to make friends with those of a like mind.  I'm not even sure how to post things yet, like photos of my finds or anything like that.  So I hope that this goes well cause there aren't too many MDs around here (at least that I know).  I'm new to this area as well, and would really like to get some good leads in my area.   Detecting

Oh there are plenty of premium places to swing a coil. Its just the people in this area, although they are pleasant, are very much against anyone digging their property.  Its frustrating as always, but that's part of it.  Ive been doing a lot of reseach on this and neighboring communities, but again its always "Id rather you didn't dig".

Well you want ever get use to that but will hear it lots.
If your interested in hunting old  homes here is a hint or two. Make friends are look thru your circle of friends and see who is in the real estate business they may be able to get you on some sites. If your city demolish old condemned property's see if you can get the OK from the tax office to hunt them if not talk with the contractor that does the work and see if you can make a deal with him.
