Dimensions of coins will help

Are pics 3 and 4 the same coin ?   If so it is a UK Queen Victoria Florin or Double florin depending on size.  As a guide a florin in that condition is around £10-£15, a double forin £25-£35

The fourth pic is a UK Queen Elizabeth fairly modern coin, depending on size but probably a shilling - no real value

The first coin is a 5 Qirsch from the Ottoman Empire minted in Egypt about 1903 during the reign of Sultan Abdul Hamid II.  Value is probably 5 to 10 USD.

The last coin, the 20 Heller, was minted in Tabora, Tanzania, when the area was known as German East Africa.   (The "T"  under the DOA is the mintmark.  DOA stands for "Deutsch-Ostafrika").   The coins were made from used shell casings.  You need to get this coin checked by an expert.  Some examples of it are very valuable, others aren't.
