To the best of my knowledge, there is no such device. There are things close like sonar and ground penetrating radar but neither give any real definition.

Your best bet for such ground penetration would be a PI machine but you would be looking at a coil of about 2m x 2m in diameter if not bigger your target would have to be very large like a very big pipe in fact if you are looking for treasure at 6m I very much doubt that it was buried by man could have been by a land slide. The most depth that I know of that has been archived was 4m with a 1m x 1m coil, the target was a car. As far as 3D machines are concerned I'm afraid that I can't help you, If you are looking for underground chambers then you should be looking into sonars but once again I have no knowledge about them just seen them on the net.
