I have spent most of my adult life in TX. Been metal detecting for about the last six yrs mainly looking for coins and jewelry in the parks and school yards. Moved to south east Tn a few months ago and have only been out hunting twice with little luck. I do think I will spend the winter researching the area so I might have a few places to hunt come spring. I do believe that I will be a relic hunter by spring. Hope everyone has a great holiday season. Jeff
