 Detecting

Ausie Gold

Are you just getting started in this wonderful sport?
If so, what is the main type of metal you will be searching for?
This will determine the type and brand of detector you will be
looking for.
I assume you are in Australia?
Let us know some of the details of your situation.
Thanks
Tom

Welcome from England. I noted you wanted a White's gold detector and no other information. If you want further information on the potency of specific metal detectors including the Whites. I found a site in America:

www.bigvalleymetaldetectors.com

It has information on 'best general detectors' and 'best gold detectors'. You may have already done your homework so I hope I have not wasted your time.
The very thought of gold makes me dribble. Anyway, luck with whatever detector you go for, and save a nugget for me!  Wink

I am in the initial stages of starting my gold prospecting days and would like to follow up on a whites brand. New or used will depend on prices and I am only in the preliminary stages.
I am looking at the new pulse model of whites.  Still doing more research though on the subject and just wishing to source prices.
