Thanks Hardluck
I like the reverse outlet from the vacuum cleaner as I have one that has a speed control on the motor I will definitely look into this project.

A plain old  Propane weed burner jetted into a bucket lined with comon cement doped with Gypsum  works .  (Portland Cement, Ground up Gypsum Sheet Rock in Place of sand.  Same Mix.   1 shovel Cement 5 Gypsum board ground up.  No Sand.  If you want to use sand, use High Silica types and only one shovel per mix.  It will Glass on you if you add it.

Drill a hole twice the size as the Weed burner and paste cement on the walls of the bucket. In a comon steel bucket.

Mount the Weed Burner so it's centered in the hole to Entrail Fresh air into the combustion chamber.

Let it Blow.

2100F is all you need. If You build it right, You can obtain temps up to 3000f.   You can melt mild Steel.

Laying on it's side, the inside of the bucket will become more then RED hot. Yellow to White HOT!

Cupila inside will do the thing.

Your Door will be the same mix on a sheet of steel.

Just laying up over the bucket works most well.  The leaking air just makes it hotter.

Have Fun.
