 Hello

Steveo here, I am from Colonie NY "just outside Albany".
I have had my mp3 pro for a year or so and did not do a lot with it,found a few clads in my back yard and at a local park and i have found a LOT of trash of all size and depth.
I just got the ace 150 this year and thinking of getting my girlfriend into it.So I am going to jump right back into it this year and I hope I stick to it more so this year.
Over the winter I have did some research on coin shooting and picked up a few tips to help me out this year.
With all the snow on the ground it may be a while till we can get out and about.....

Hi Stevieo & welcome! Seems there would be lots of old coins & things to be found in your area. While it's snowy, you might do some research into the history of where you live and come up with some old places that were popular, once, so maybe you'll be adding silver coins to your collection. Sue

Welcome from New Mexico.

You have some good areas to hunt up there.

Lot's of old home sites in the woods.

Welcome from Australia!

Saratoga may be off limits at the race track but Ballston Spa is not. Look into the early history there and you'll find a few old, now abandoned race tracks. Also, Lake George has lots of swimming holes. Back in 1979, I did a little free diving there and took home a double handful of gold jewelry. I always wanted to go back with a hookah or scuba but never got to it.
