Hi everyone,

I'm Alex and I'm from the UK.

I work for an international TV production company which is based in Australia called Prospero Productions.

I am here to learn a little more about treasure hunting and metal detecting for a new programme. I'm also on the hunt for a presenter for the show!

We are looking to meet a UK based person and an Americas based person to co-present "Metal Detectors". They'd join our Australian presenter to uncover some of the worlds most impressive buried history. Think Time Team meets Scrapyard Challenge!

If you...

are energetic, fun and passionate
AND
have a genuine and all consuming love for archaeology, metal detecting, geophysics, prospecting, WW history, wreck recovery or something similar

My time frame to talk on the phone and ideally meet and interview anyone who is up for the challenge is ASAP! I'm planning to start meeting people from next week. So anyone who is interested I'd encourage you to get in touch soon.

The time frame for the actual show... well at this stage it is much too early to say. But any schedules would be quite complex and based around all key team members availability. Filming certainly wouldn't start anytime too soon.

I have hours and hours on TV and have produced a show for Access 31 many moons ago. Send me your contact number by PM.
