Bounty Hunter Rustler
« on: June 09, 2010, 01:15:55 pm »
Go Up Go Down

I bought a Bounty Hunter Rustler at a yard sale several years ago; did not get an owners manual. I played with it a few times, then put it in the closet. I retired recently and am going to take the detector along when my wife and I travel. The only drawback is trying to figure out how to use the detector. I figured out most of the controls by reading manuals for other detectors, but don't know how to use the toggle switch on the handle or the VSR knob. I would appreciate it if anyone has a manual they can copy or scan or knows where I can get one for this vintage detector. It looks like the one in the attached picture. Thanks.

Hello, JeffKoko........welcome to THunting.com.

I'm pretty sure that if there is a manual to be found out there, one of our members will point you to it.   In the meantime, why don't you take a look around and see what kind of tips you can pick up in our different boards.
