Hi Everyone

My name is Bob, and I come from Accrington in the NW of England. I have been detecting for around 15 years, but have not been very active in the past 5 years. When I started I lived near Cirencester in Gloucestershire and have some great Roman finds, but my favorite finds are from the medieval period.

I am getting back into the hobby, now that work and family commitments have changed. I have just managed to get permission on a small local farm, and am trying to find some new sites.

I currently use a Minelab Sovereign mainly for beach work. A newly purchased Minelab X-Terra 305 for use on the fields. And a Garrett Ace 250 as a general all round / backup machine.

I found this forum while browsing for some detector information, and hope to become an active member.
