Just wanted to introduce myself and say I am looking forward to learning about everything from what is the best Metal Detector for me and basically treasure hunting from A-Z. I have been dreaming of buying a metal detector since a child as well as panning for gold. Its not just about trying to get rich but more of the search, chase, and hopefully find!!

Hi Lookn'........you've come to the right place.   I suggest you scan the previous postings, or if you have specific questions use the Advanced Search option (search entire forum).  If you don't find the answer, open a topic asking --- aren't very many questions that don't get some sort of answer (although you sometimes have to wait for the right person to show up).....And feel free to comment on existing posts if you think you've got something to add.    We all learn something new everyday.
