I hope you'll enjoy this board and to see some of your finds.

I have been using a Spectrum XLT for years and I still think that it is one of the best machines that's ever been invented. However as you say it can atke years to fully understand it, and even so many years I sometimes still find new ways on how to increase its performance!

Welcome aboard!! How are you with down there?  Had friends stationed there some years back.
Take your time learning the machine..don't get upset when things seam to go wrong with it..try to find someone in your area that may use the same type...The 2 guys I know in NC both use Nautilus machines..I have an old one but moved up to the new T2 this year..all machines have a learning curve.

Post some photos of your finds....what do you hunt for?? Lots of CW sites to be found in NC.
