Just wanted to say hello. I'm a Sovereign XS user in Colorado. Been involved in the hobby, off and on, since 1972, and still consider it one of the greatest hobbies of all time. Mostly an old coin, and relic, hunter with some occasional water hunting.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I don't get out as much as I did when I was younger, but once this hobby gets into your blood, it's not easy to let go of.

Benny, yes, I agree about the XS. I started using one in early '96, and still feel it's one of the best units available. Maybe not as sophisticated as some of the newer units, but I like the simplicity, and performance.
