Hey all, Im Eric and Im new to metal detecting. I came across this site while looking for information, and Im glad I found it. Although Im new, if I can help anyone, feel free to ask... Im sure Ill need help from others. Ill be hitting the beach for the first time tomorrow, so wish me luck.

from Utah! Unfortunately we don't have a beach where we're at. A few volleyball courts with sand, and we of course have the great salt lake, however that's a state park so I can't detect there at all.
