Hi everybody!      Hello
I am a hobyist and electronic-nerd with almost no detector experience so far, but I hope to finish my first detector soon. I got several schematics fom www but I will also have a close look on the technical stuff you provide in the download-section. The ongoing project is a pinpointer, next will be a simple detector as a birthday-present for my nephew, an then follows a bigger toy for me...  Cheesy
Kind regards from germany,
migusch

Hi Migush,

Welcome to the site.   I am also in Germany, Kaiserslautern.   Where in Germany are you?

Thank You for the kind reception!

@AmmoDog:
I live in Marburg, Hassia (Hessen).
That is about 170 km linear distance apart from Kaiserslautern.
A nice old city with lots of historic timber framed houses, medieval churches and a nice landgrave-castle.
Luckily we kept untroubled by "explosive air freight" during WW-II, so there are lots of architectural treasures left.
I bet you?ve already been here, and if not - Marburg is worth a weekend-trip...

I will have to check it out.  I've been checking out WW2 sites west and NW of here.
