What im trying to learn about is pulse induction, would like to build one of those large coils that you can tow behind a atv to look for meteors. found a meteor last year while i was hunting, now im hooked, lol.

How did you find your meteor ? was it on top of the ground or did you have to dig it out ??

while i was hunting for deer a saw a meteor fall from the sky over the hill and i saw a flash when it hit so as i was leaving, i marked close to the spot with my gps and went back with my old metal detector and found it within 2 hours. it was alot of fun. (5 lbs 3oz)
