Im a new guy.  love the information avaialble on the site. use a Prirate Pro in Florida and a Pioneer 505 in Illinois.  Picked a bad time to come back to Ililinois.

would love to look for gold in your area.  not much gold prospecting in Illinois or Wisconsin unless it is in the form of a ring or neckless. reseaching meteorites in the area and like the topics on line.

thanks for the leads in Illinois.  i have a couple of farmers that have old schools and temperance halls on their property.  hoping for "the big find" or at least a coin or two.  i look orward to posting my finds when the snow melts
