Clint welcome from Galveston, Kingsland is a great place to hunt did a lot there in the 80,s my dad retired there have not been back since he pasted,did find a little gold and a lot of garnets also a lot of artifacts in the area. GOOD LUCK

Thanks Seldom, that was my first time there. It was great.
I'm going deeper into the woods next time, up an old creek to see what I can find.Hopefully some gold, but I like the garnets too.
