Hi
I am a new member , I wonder if anyone can help me ,I have a tesoro stingray which the previous owner has removed the coil by unsoldering it from the pcb, I wish to try it with a laser hawkeye coil as I have a hawkeye ,my plan is to solder a female connector to the stingray pcb and use the hawkeye coil , the pcb has 5 unsoldered holes ,but I do not know which coil wires go in which holes can anyone help me ,I have the schematic for the hawkeye plug its the stingray end thats the problem ,as there were only about 10 of these detectors sold in the uk its difficult to get info if you have a stingray its easy to check the connections any help would be great, it would be nice to get it working again so I can use it on the beach I can send a pic of the pcb to you if you let me have your e-mail pic too big for attach

Hello, welcome to our forum. I think it is best to address with this matter to our Tech board. Have you checked if both machines have the same working frequency? If they do not have the same frequency the coil won't work. Best wishe,s Christian
