Minelab Xterra 705

I have just signed up to this site and wanted to drop in and say hello from Western PA. We are in the middle of winter, but ready to get out and move a little earth around. I have detected a little bit years ago but just recently received a new Minelab Xterra 705.

While in Maryland visiting the Grand Kids I got to enjoy a little warmer weather and also used the detector to find some coins and such in the yard. I hope to be able to contribute just a bit but also to learn in the process.

from Utah!
I've visited Newcumberland/Mechanicsburgh area a couple years ago.. that river next to it is really wide there and quite beautiful. Lots of thick trees in the area, and very low rolling hills. Be sure to check out the city parks in your area with your Minelab, and post pictures of your goodies on the 'Today's Finds' thread of the forum.
