  I currently live in Northern China, travel through Asia quite a bit, was a Tool and Die Maker for 22 years, the reason for my ID.  Am highly involved in treasure hunting in spare time; researching historical records, sailing routes, merchant manifests and logs, etc. have 20 years of sailing and diving as well, so my hobbies feed into each other.
  Looking forward to reading and contributing when possible, nice to meet everyone.

 Thank you for the responses,

  Utah, i use JW Pulse 8. Work with central Government ( the only manner China allows anything of this nature is in JV with the Govt.) and let them use it when constructing along the ports and other regions here.  So far i have found Some Silver and a older shipwreck which was given to Central and i was compensated (they pay immediately) well enough. 

  I look forward to travelling in Panama / Costa Rica and searching, hopefully in about 18 months.

 Hello Sue,

    It was more  boatwreck than ship...about 300 years old, historical value only. But it was a nice to find. Am really looking forward to Central America for more serious efforts.
