The first bit of help is for you to learn to use the forum. Do NOT select to lock the topic. That doesn't make it stay at the top. That makes it so nobody except an admin or moderator can unlock it or even post on the subject. So effectively you cut off all discussion when you lock a topic. What you probably want is to make your topic STICKY, which is not something a user can do at all. If and when your topic becomes very interesting or important, a moderator can make it sticky but until then, this is another question about a subject that has been done to death. Do a search on Japanese tresure or on Yamashita and see that you are not the first to ask about it.

Now, I have unlocked your topic so that the discussion can begin. You won't be happy about it.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Welcome to the forum, micop22!    Welcome    There has been a lot "said" about the World War II treasures in the Philippines.  Do NOT believe everything you hear and read about it.  Just because it is in print doesn't make it true.                           Detecting

Welcome from NM, USA.    Good luck on the Treasure you seek.   A few Million people have looked and only found rocks this far.  I Don't think the Japanese left any or for that matter even had any.

Welcome from Arizona.    You would do better to look for treasure hidden by the Spaniard during the long period of time they controlled the Philippines.  Longer period of control, fewer people looking for it, and more substantial evidence of it existing (including the fact that Manila was a regular stop on the Spanish Treasure fleet routes in the Pacific----not all the treasure that flowed into Spain came across the Atlantic (not even all of it that came from the Americas).
