Newbie here---I live in Florida and mainly relic hunt. I got a BH202 for Xmas one year and that got me started. I know my Bounty Hunter is not "top of the line" but hey, it was free! :

and it's actually worked very well for me. My first real find was a silver ring shaped like the hurricane symbol on Venice beach just 1 week before Charley hit. Shocked

After that I was hooked.
Glad to have found this board and really like this site. So, hello!

It's nice to see some females on the board! Unbfortunately there are not taht many females in metal detecting. My girl friend sometimes will do some detecting with me but I guess the carrot is me then Wink
