Years ago I was given a Radio Shack detector as a gift. I now have a BH
Quik-Draw. I plan on upgrading as soon as I learn more & get more experience.
Best find yet was my fathers wedding ring,lost nearly 20 yrs. before near the
veggie garden. ( with the radio shack machine)

Congrats on your weeding ring find! I'm sure your parents were very happy about it!

The Bounty Hunter is probably a very good machine to start with.

If you get more expirienced and want to get a more expensive unit I can recommend Tesoro. They are easy to use have pretty good discrimination and an excellent customer service.
