He has to do that CIA rules and all. GD you better then most should know that.
What I want to know is he on a government computer and payroll while he is here jacking with hobbies??

Personally, I leave no witnesses. It's much easier that way.

Please send me an email with your contact information.  Provided that you are willing to avail yourself to schedule a time for a conversation with me and a proper WFB retrieval authority, you will gain a much better appreciation and understanding of the legitimacy of our initiative and why discretion must be exercised.  Hopefully, it will become evident that you are in a great position to help yourself, actual holders of WFB's, and others financially with mutual cooperation.

Old horse I have been at this for 40 years I have found and sold more treasure then you will ever see Why do I need you I  like others here have our buyers in place don't need WFB retrieval authority, to tell me what or how to make a living. I like several others are here for one reason and that is to help the new folks with things we learned the hard way. If you have info of interest to me then its of interest to all members please post it.
