Its a bit hard to determine an exact age, unless the little scroll on the inside of it has one.  The ring that it is attached to looks a bit aged.

On the scroll it says "look around the fence". No date but it appeared to have been there for a while. The nail is very rusty. It will be a few days before i can get back out.  Ill let ya'll know!
