 Been lookin for a while, readin and researchin as much MD stuff as I could figure which detector and accessories I wanted. Didnt want something to grow out of in a few months but didnt want to go overboard.. Ended up with a local dealer in Tampa, MeyersDepot, and bought a Garrett AT Pro.. I was torn between a 350 and the AT but wanting to go by the water kinda made the decision for me.. took it out first time today to a local playground to work out the bugs in my head about assigning beeps growls and grunts to different kinds of "finds" and compare my reading skills to real life.. came up with 6 roosevelts, a post 64 quarter and some lincolns.. cans, pop tops and the usual.. I learned more than I did reading.
 It's kind of funny but yesterday I was downtown paying for a parking space and was short a quarter and as I turned to go to the car I spotted one on the ground.. that was a relief because I wasn't so sure I had one in the car.. but digging one up from 8 inches in the dirt next to an old oak tree was like finding out the tooth fairy is real. Lmao!
