I am new this site and to metal detecting. I was born and raised in South Carolina. I have no idea what kind of detector I use because I am currently borrowing a friends to go over my mother's 14 acres. So far I have had 2 good finds - a 1893 barber quarter and a UMC Co 12 gauge spent shotgun shell cap. Looking forward to finding more  Cool

Hi Princess,  welcome to the group. As Sue and Seldom say, you are off to a good start.

Hope to hear from you often.
