Hello all I am new here and do not own any equipment other than a shovel, but I live right outside of Jacksonville Fl about an hour from St Augustine So there is plenty of potential for me to find some lost treasures.  Cool

    Remember, a metal detector is a tool, NOT a requirement for Treasure Hunting.  Plenty of treasure hunting (and finding) has been done without a detector.   Just take a look at this post (which we'll be developing into a separate topic).

Hi gozoo, and Welcome from Utah! Are you in the market for a new detector? If so, Kellyco Metal Detectors is located in Winter Springs, Florida. No, I don't work for them, but have purchased a metal detector from them, and I've been very happy with their customer service and quick delivery.
Others have recommend them too on this forum.
