I'd like to say a big thank you to you all for the warm welcome you've all given me, And hello Dean ,it is me Grin I'll be posting some of my finds for you all to see soon. My buddy just got himself a scanner,so look out. Will be posting loads. My favourite find so far ,came for the fields around a 13th century castle. The chap at the museum believed it to be a coachmans button, with a knights jousting helmet on the top half, and a castle inside a shield. on the bottom. Once i get to use Jim's scanner,i'll put it on. Other finds include Elizabeth 1st sixpence-3p,various other hammereds. All sorts of lead objects, buckles, buttons. I live in the south east corner of Wales.  The machines i'm using at the mo is the Sov Elite with the 10" and 14" coils, A tesoro Gold sabre plus,i'm getting tomorrow.I've had 2 before.Guess you can tell i like them Smiley And am just sorting out a new T2.I bet my boy will be after that one :Smiley Do you all have any tips on this machine.I'd be really grateful.  Any,better shut up now. All the best, and a happy new year to everyone

Just post any question you have about the T2 ( the best relic machine out there now) on the UKDN..there are a few guys there that use them..one is in Wales..and since you soil is differant than the kind we have here in Ontario.I think they could give you better hints.

Thr T2 is so very easy to use..I got the 2nd one in Canada..and "blue" blames me for his getting one.
Since I have an early T2  it is going back to the makers for updates..all free of charge..I only pay the shipping one way..they pay for it to come back!!

Anyway..looking forward to seeing the kind of thing you will be digging!!

Dean
