[fGreetings from the pine barrens, My first of about 30 detectors was a1965 Fisher T20 and have used everything from the myty myte  to FISHER 1225. Currently use a Compass150 which I feel is the best all around MD, the only one beating it in depth was aC&G Bobcat but was so unstable and heavy got rid of it fast. For some strange reason never had a Garrett and will never own a Minelab too much$$. Just got aFisher lf930d and after replacing the battery wires the only thing that works is the volume control, on a good day it will give a faint response to a tin can at2".I am in dire need of a way to remove the rubbery resin or epoxy that covers both sides of the small ckt. board ,I can't even push a meter lead thru it. Can anyone help me with this or come up with a schematic ? Thanks for any response .
   Best regards ,DAVIDNJ
