Hi all !

My name is Nick, I' m 53 and I live in Belgium.

I've been active in MDing for 25+years now.

And, strange enough, I am more captivaded, fascinated by metal detectors and their technologies than I am by finds.

I hunt beaches over here where, amongst modern coinage and jewelry, one finds roman and medieval coins on regular basis.

I live at the Belgian coast, only 10 miles away from Bruges, a city with a glorious historical past.

I sincerely hope to be able to share some finds an thoughts with you all.

Dear Nick,

Welcome to our forum! I recently saw a movie which took place in Brugge. I had never heared of Brugge before but was fascinated with the beauty of this well preserved medieval town! Very nice!

I assume you must have found great relics as the years went by. I would be most happy to see some of your medieval and Roman finds. I live next to Augsburg whoch is a 2000 years old Roman city to there are also Roman relics to be found in my area.
