THe XLT is still a very good machine nowadays. It hasvery good target identification. It's only drawback is that it is not that deep seeking. I have had one for many years.

                 Maybe you could share your experiences with us on your best detecting tecniques . I find there are lots of preferences to how people do their hunting on the beaches .
