I have a DFX 300 and have been detecting approximately one year.  Have had some luck, and I emphysize luck as I am still trying to learn this detector.  It is my first but I have been reading and experimenting as often as possible.  I am from Western PA so if there are any guys/gals that need company in hunting; my addy is babyblue1991@comcast.net.
