Hello my name is Tony and I am from Colorado. I am new to metal detecting. I live close to an area that is full of history. Most of the land where I would like to MD is owned by a mining company that is strip mining. A lot of the old ghost towns are gone. I look forward to learning as much about MD as I can. Right now the MD I have is not a high dollar unit. I think its a Bounty Hunter and I bopught it from Cabela's. I figured it was a good one for a beginner.
