Hello
Thank you for the warm welcome ArfieBoy  Grin

Yes Oregon is going through a "Moratorium process" with "Senate Bill 838" that will effect anyone "Effecting the Columbia River water drainage down to large ponds".  This may increase the number of miners using a "Mining Process" that does not "Effect the Columbia River water drainage" such as a "Hard Rock process".

It can be all "Agencies now being directed by the EPA".  How ever at the 'core' is the concept of "U.S. Waters".  Sad
This one is aware of a family just out side of Portland Oregon that was facing 30 days in jail and a fine for having a "Fire Pond on property".

 Hello
Picked up a old 1960's Tote Gote and in the process of restoring with 33 1/2 to one gear ratio to help pull the crusher.  Will gear down to around 50 to one to help pull the crusher if needed.
Any one out there ever use a Tote Gote?
