Hey everyone, just joined this site and looking forward to your comments. I live in Montana land of gold and sapphires. Just bought a new Bounty 505 and looking forward to get out and start searching for other peoples trash and treasures as soon as all this snow melts.

Hi Racedaddy and welcome to the forum. I would think Montana to be an ideal place to detect. Might do a little wintertime research - gets those detecting juices flowing really well - all the history, the potential producing spots, etc
