Well, as I live and breathe, this is good news. Not about the stroke, about you being among the living!

As you know, there's no better way to get mild exercise than to swing a coil! I hope you still get out now and again.

Anyway, I live in Australia now with homes on two continents. Welcome aboard to this fine forum! It's great fun for those days when you just can't make it outside. Great to bump into you here!
