Hi You All,

Found this site from someone who left a post on the Lost Treasure Web Site.
I am into all kinds of things- Metal Detecting, Treasure Hunting, Prospecting, Gold Panning, Artifacts Collecting, Ghost Towning, Mine Exploring, Rock Hounding ........ETC. I have done it all except  for diving.  I have had some great experiences  and some strange happenings. I am on my way to St. Croix for a week and have my metal detector packed. Looking forward to getting on the beach. The maps are not very detailed and Ive read everything that I could get my hands on. Does anyone have some good suggestions as to which beaches would be the best place to start?
By the way Buck Island is out (National Monument). It's too bad since it supposed to be a place where the Pirates Hung out.

Definately give the shallow water and surf a try! Most of the good stuff will be found there. However a waterproof machine is recommended.
