what do you think a war of 1812 cannon ball is worth? also if you have found any war of 1812 relics and want to sell them let me know  Detecting Cool

Hi acepro,
Cannonballs are hard to put a price on I have seen $300 dollars but to a collector provenance is important I have always taken pics of the ones I have found so the finding of them is actually recorded...here's a pic of a group of six I found in the same hole "obviously a gun site in 1812"......HH.....Johnnn

Johnnn nailed this one. Provenance is very impotent when selling or pricing any relics, even bottles demand more money if you can prove they came from a impotent historical site.

Hi acepro, these were found about 3 years ago along the Niagara river, but I noticed in the spring there is now some building activity going on there very close to the spot where they were found.
We haven't been back there this season yet so hopefully the area is untouched....HH....Johnnn
