I did, thanks for asking. The dog can roam the south 40 now and not get picked up by the dog catcher.

We've had some horrible weather here for the past few weeks. Good for drinking water but really nasty for dirt coil swinging. Other than that, if I were any better, I'd have to be twins.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Isn't that the truth, mate. When I could run like the wind and climb like a monkey, all I wanted to do was party. There's a heap of missed opportunities out there because of the shallow thinking of my youth. Now I make noises like an old man every time I get out of bed. Come to think of it, I AM an old man.

Well GD1950, gettin' old is tough but it beats the alternative. They say you're only as old as you think you are and I hope that ain't true..... sometimes I think I'm 90plus by the way I feel after work. :Smiley

Hello Tabdog,

That's a shame about clubs there. They are so much fun. There used to be the Arkoma Club in western Arkansas based in Siloam Springs. James Beyers of the FMDAC helped form and kept that one together. It never did get a lot of members and after James died it folded.
