 Wise Well then let`s see...  Smiley I got my first machine waaaay back in the 1970`s... it was a C Scope discriminator & weighed the same as a small elephant... I still have a bad back from using that s.o.b. but it started me off on the road to my now obsessive hobby.  Detecting I had many cool finds with it from new coins right back to an old half sovereign & many rings & other jewelry.  Cheesy I had a lay off for a while then started again ten years ago with a Viking, can`t remember the model which got stolen from the van while I was having a pint after a sparse afternoons hunting. I was not happy.  Cry Another lay off for several more years then I got into Garrett 150`s which I still use to this day.  Smiley My specialism is old churches,  Amen always good for coin shooting & I have some nice old finds in my collection.  Great  What else... Idea ah yes, last trip out, two days ago, I had less than a hour on Goodrington Sands, not 15 minutes from my front door & I scored a two pound coin, a one pound coin, 5 fifty pence pieces, 60p in copper coins & a gold looking medallion that looks foreign... how`s that for starters?  Wink
